Paranormal Existence Research Society (P.E.R.S.) is a professional non-profit paranormal research group. We research and document all types of paranormal phenomena in hopes of assisting clients by identifying the types of activity occurring at their location, helping to ease anxiety associated with those events and to further assist in bringing resolution to the case. We investigate claims of hauntings, demonic possession, ghosts, shadow figures, haunted objects, UFOs, and just about all unexplained phenomena. We also love to educate the public about ghosts, hauntings, demons, paranormal investigation techniques and equipment.

P.E.R.S. does NOT charge a fee for investigations (we may ask for travel reimbursement if we are traveling outside of FL for a case), we do accept donations (they are not expected, and they will not impact our investigation in any way) which go 100% to help our team expenses as everyone works as volunteers.

We are based out of Coral Springs, Fl  but we cover all of Florida with teams located throughout FL. We also have teams in NE, Georgia, and internationally in the UK, Italy & Greece. We will travel outside of outside of our areas depending on the case. We work with many paranormal teams and affiliates around the United States and all over the world. If we are unable to take on your investigation, we will gladly, with your permission, find another paranormal team that we respect and trust, to help you with your claims.

We work both intuitively and scientifically, as we feel it gives us a better all-around approach to our work. P.E.R.S. respects your privacy & confidentiality. We will not publicize any identifying information about your case without the permission of the client. We may publish our research findings confidentially on the web to better promote education on the paranormal (We would not publish private client information just our findings).

We make it a priority on each case to gain the respect of our clients and give them the peace of mind that we are professional, and we are really there for their well-being. Before every investigation our team is looking to create a bond initially by listening to and documenting the client’s claims and any information pertaining to the history of the location. Depending on the age of the location, more research may be acquired through past residents if they can be reached, documented records and news clippings or info acquired from local historians. In order to find and capture any occurrences our team uses a scientific method along with some intuition in addressing claims of the paranormal. We investigate using audio recording devices, video surveillance equipment, temperature measuring devices, electromagnetic field detectors, cameras, motion detectors, laser grids, and other specialized equipment utilized in the field of paranormal research. These devices are used to gather evidence and to logically debunk false evidence. Our schedule will be based on the client’s needs, and we will consult with that person on all matters including dates, times, number of investigators on site, etc. What you get from us is real evidence, our intentions are to deliver our clients the truth. We analyze all the information we obtain after an investigation and from the evidence we gather if any is found, we present it to the client for review.
